  • 2 tablespoons brandy

All you need is to take a basil leaf with about ¼ oz. of simple syrup and muddle it in a rocks glass. Then fill the glass up with ice and the fresh squeezed grapefruit juice of a small slice along with around 1.5oz. of gin and top with a splash of club soda.
